In 2015, countries adopted the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and its 17 Sustainable Development Goals and 169 targets. Fuji commits to achieve to the Goals throughout daily work and social contribution activities.

Commitment to achieving the SDGs

FUJI is already actively involved to solve social problem and create the value.
Automated solution helps manpower shortage and Ecofriendly goods reduce burden on the environment.

Some of SDGs Action Platform is imitated by FUJI already. Therefore, FUJI shall continue contributing with these activities.

Product Quality

FUJI’s business philosophy is “Commitment to the Promised Quality” and action guideline is “Customer First”. We aim to build the relationship of mutual trust with our customers.

  • We set the Quality target by every department and promote the implementation of our quality improvement activities.
  • Complaints from customers and abnormal situation of production shall be recorded and analyzed immediately and improve the quality level.
  • We set the same goal for the quality aware, all the employee have to undergo at least level 3 of Quality Management and Quality Control examination.

Good health and safety of employee

FUJI’s Health and Safety Committee always pay attention to the safety environment in work, prevention of heat stroke and Influenza prevention.

  • We know how import it is to be in good health. To prevent excessive work, we introduce various assist robot and mechatronics equipment.
  • For the purpose of prevention of infection, we subsidize employee and their family’s vaccination cost. Also we provide free mask to our employee.

FUJI is proactive in environmental management.

Use of environmental friendly material and equipment, recycling, carbon dioxide emissions reduction are always our always our great concern.

  • Company car is replaced to environmental friendly vehicle.
  • Office lights and lights at dormitory are replace to LED.
